Swatch joins Chinese communities around the world in welcoming the Year of the Rabbit with “My Rabbit Story,” a bright, optimistic watch featuring a gentle black rabbit on the dial and beautifully painted flowers printed on the pink silicone strap. The black rabbit featured on the dial appears on the bright, lucky-red special sleeve as well, framed by a colorful floral bouquet arranged to help celebrate the New Year.
The Swatch My Rabbit Story Contest runs from Jan. 5 to Feb. 20 The contest is open to all.
Participants may submit any form of fashion/wearable art – including but not limited to clothing, footwear, bags, accessories, etc. using any Swatch watch as an inspiration.
The theme of the competition is Chinese New Year “Swatch My Rabbit Story Contest.”
Entry forms are available daily in The PHILIPPINE STAR during the duration of the promo.
All entries must be submitted starting Jan. 5, and must be accompanied with a completed Entry Form & Contest Guidelines Acceptance Form (available at any Swatch Store, Swatch Kiosk or Hole in the Wall Shop). Gift Gate, Inc. must receive all entries by 8 p.m. on Feb. 20.
Entries may be brought personally to any Swatch Store, Kiosk or Hole in the Wall Shop and will be received by the Store OIC for proper documentation and storage.
These entries will be sent to the Gift Gate, Inc. Home Office at 17 New York Street, Cubao, 1109, Quezon City everyday for safekeeping.
Criteria for judging will be:
Originality, 25 percent;
creativity, 50 percent;
Composition, 25 percent.
Prizes are as follows:
Five grand winners, one in each fashion category.

Each grand winner will receive P50,000 and the Swatch “My Rabbit Story.. There will be 10 honorable mentions who will receive Swatch “My Rabbit Story” watches. All winners will be notified by registered mail.
Winners shall also be announced in Philippine STAR on March 5.
