Dream Europe Campaign: KLM with Powerbooks
I. Mechanics
1. For every purchase of one (1) Moleskine product from National Book Store or Powerbooks, a customer is entitled to one (1) promo ticket.
2. A customer may redeem his promo ticket from National Book Store at the Customer Service Area or from Powerbooks at the Cashier/Customer Service Area by presenting the receipt of Moleskine purchase, within the given promo period.
3. Each promo ticket has a unique promo code. The customer needs to input the code with his name, email, mobile number, birthday and registered address at www.mytickettoeurope.com to participate in the promo. All fields need to be accomplished.
4. A participant needs to be at least 18 years old by the time of the draw to be able to claim the prize, in case drawn as winner.
5. One promo code entered is equivalent to one promo entry.
6. Promo period is from December 14, 2010 - February 14, 2011.
7. February 14, 2011 at 12 midnight is the last day to enter a promo code to earn a raffle coupon entry.
II. Prizes
1. Roundtrip tickets good for two (2) persons from Manila to Europe. Two (2) tickets approximately cost P 72,000.00.
2. Taxes and fuel surcharge indicated on the ticket shall be shouldered by the winner. Visa processing fees shall also be at the account of winner.
3. Roundtrip tickets for two (2) is valid within sixty (60) days upon receipt of the winner's registered mail notification.
4. The tax requirement for the prize (20% exceeding P10,000) shall be shouldered by KLM.
III. Drawing of Winners
1. KLM, National Book Store, Powerbooks and NetBooster Representatives together with the DTI Representative will electronically draw the winner randomly.
2. A system will randomly choose the unique promo code entered on the website, from NetBooster Agency Asia's database. 3. The winning promo code with the corresponding name, mobile number, birthday, email and registered address entered is qualified to win two (2) roundtrip tickets from Manila to Europe.
4. The raffle will be on March 11, 2011, 5:00PM at 2004 Antel Corporate Center, 121 Valero St. Salcedo Village, Makati City
IV. Notification of Winnings:
1. KLM will notify the winner via SMS, e-mail and registered mail. A print out of the e-mail and/or copy of the notification sent to the winner's registered mail shall serve as proof of winning.
V. Redemption:
1. A person can enter as much promo code as he/she wants to increase chances of winning. The two roundtrip tickets can be claimed at 39th floor, Yuchengco Tower, RCBC Plaza corner Sen. Gil Puyat and Ayala Avenues, Makati City.
2. The winner shall present his/her valid identification card with picture and print out of the e-mail and/or the registered mail notification upon claiming the prize.
3. Redemption period shall be within sixty (60) days from date of receipt of the registered mail notification.
4. The prize is transferable to any person to be assigned/designated by the legitimate winner.
VI. Prize Forfeiture:
1. The winning prize can be redeemed within sixty (60) days from the date of receipt of the registered mail notification. It will be allocated and saved under the winner's name and information until the time the winner claims the prize.
VII. Disqualification
1. Employees of KLM, NetBooster Asia, Yellowasp, National Bookstore and Powerbooks including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
